1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, provided by School of Infinity Health LLC ("Company", "we", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

2. Product Descriptions & Availability

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

3. Purchases and Payment

4. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by School of Infinity Health LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. This includes our "Trinity Method" course materials and branding.

In no event shall School of Infinity Health LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
