Refund & Return Policy

At School of Infinity Health LLC, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your holistic wellness journey. We offer a "Happiness Guarantee" on most of our items, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility (Physical Goods)

  • Timeframe: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Specific Exceptions:
    • Tea/Matcha: Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products unless they are defective.
    • Essential Oils: Must be returned with the safety seal intact.
    • Intimate Goods: Items such as opened yoga towels or personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

2. Digital Products & Courses

For our educational digital products (e.g., "Yoga Fundamentals Course"), we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content. After this period or usage threshold, digital sales are final.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3 business days of receipt at our Albuquerque facility), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 5-10 business days depending on your bank).

4. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provided the label.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@schoolinfinityhealth.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
